Sailee Yadav is an entrepreneur with a background in biomedical research and law, on a mission to revolutionize nutrition for the modern age. Growing up with a family history of diabetes and heart disease, Sailee saw firsthand the consequences of diet on metabolic health and was driven to find a better way—one that prioritizes whole foods over artificial alternatives. By collaborating with experts in biomedical, pharmaceutical, naturopathic and Ayurvedic research, she has endeavored to explore the potential therapeutic benefits and applications in functional foods, with a focus on the intersection of nutrition and disease prevention.
